CRM provides note pads relative to every conversation or communications with the contact. These notes are date-stamped with the person who recorded the note. Note pads are available throughout the system. CRM is an extension to the basic email address book and therefore is very easy to use.

CRM seamlessly integrates data into one simple-to-use workspace. Attorneys work through CRM in order to easily manage the many complex, client, matter and people relationships. It provides full circle reporting of client, matter, financial, contact, date/event, e-mail, voice mail, user definable fields, mailing lists, and document/knowledge related information.
